Terms

Payment - We require 50% down to begin work on the site. The final 50% will be due upon completion of site before the site will go live. Add ons and updates requested after the completion of the initial design must be
pre-paid. We accept checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express.

URL Registration - We will register two domains of your choice for one year with GoDaddy (price not to exceed $9.99 each). Both domains will point to the same site. This account will be in your name and you will be responsible for renewals after the first year.

Hosting - We will provide one year of hosting through Lunarpages. This account will be in your name and you will be responsible for renewals after the first year. If you already have hosting through another service, please let us know. We can work with most service providers.

Artwork - All artwork must be provided. If you require assistance with art the hourly fee will apply as outlined on the Other Services page. Many of our clients have chosen to work with Manjari Henderson at Graphics by Manjari to create original artwork.

Design Review - There will be one design review with corrections included in the listed price. Additional corrections or changes will be charged the hourly rate of $55.

Updates - Once the site is complete, a discounted, prepaid block of 10 hours ($450) can be purchased for updates. This time can be used immediately or stretched out over several months. At the end of each 10 hour period, you will receive a statement showing a detailed list of work done. If you do not wish to prepay, the hourly charge for updates is $55 and will be billed upon completion.

Portfolio - Clients should understand that we may display, and link to, any sites designed by us in the portfolio section of mesamultimedia.com. If you do not wish your site to be displayed in this manner, please let us know.
